I would like to take this opportunity to complement Ms. Anita Paige for a terrific job in DallasLogofacilitating one of the most powerful tools to possibly change my work atmosphere.  I have attended many trainings voluntarily and I overwhelmingly accepted RESPECT and how the power of inclusion made a difference.

I attended the training held on September 14-15, 2010 in Grapevine, Texas and the day was extremely enjoyable and I left charged!  It was a marvelous way to relate real life issues in a relaxed atmosphere.  After attending the training, I shared my experience with my peers and some upper management staff.  Since then, over 100 additional employees have attended this training under the facilitation of Anita Paige.

I would highly recommend this program to any organization that is seeking to create an atmosphere of respect in the workplace that will guarantee very positive results.  I plan on keeping Anita at the top of our facilitator-training list and introducing the concept to additional decision-makers within the City of Dallas.  I feel the more people that become engaged; the closer we are to becoming better.

I was most impressed with the fact that Anita not only teaches the program, but actually lives and shares personal experiences from her life of how it works.  I have since then begin to utilize the skills learned in my personal life as well.

I am happy to support Ms. Paige in the facilitation of the RESPECT Training, and applaud her success.
