Chris Ihrig

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
With over twenty-five years of corporate leadership experience, Chris has a proven success philosophy that advances people and establishes corporate vision around the creation of dynamic Talent Management cultures. Chris has coordinated extensive employee Talent Management programs from conception to implementation. Through his timely and supportive consultation to organizations in the areas of strategic planning, talent management, organizational change and leadership development, Chris has partnered with leadership of teams representing all shapes and sizes to successfully work through powerful change management processes that create healthy Talent Management cultures. Chris grew up in the Pacific Northwest and is a resident of Puyallup with his wife of 22 years and 4 growing kids.

Anita Paige

Vice President, Culture and Inclusion
Anita is an accomplished business woman bringing over 23 years of experience to our dynamic team. Her experience as a business owner gives her the ability to be intentional about helping our clients achieve a desired outcome and identify bottom line impact as a direct result. Anita specializes in performance development, and her desire to reach people on all different levels has driven her to become certified in all of the Edge Learning Institute programs. Anita has followed her passion of impacting culture by helping organizations leverage diversity, inclusion and engagement through Respect©, one of Edge’s premiere culture transformation programs. Anita is married to Tim, has four children and currently resides in Tacoma, Washington.

Kent Kingman

Vice President, Business Transformation
Kent has been a consultant of business transformation and culture transition since 1989. He serves on the Board of Directors for 2 privately-held companies. Kent is very unique among today’s management support professionals. He has personally tested the concepts of culture transition in various supervision and management roles within a multi-billion dollar aerospace company as well as several privately-held companies. His consulting experience is based on real-time experiences and not just theory. Kent resides on the Key Peninsula with his wife and two children where they have passionately built an oasis on the water that includes a shellfish farm and vineyard.
